The programme, developed by the Center for Local Business Development,  is designed to provide professionals in the oil and gas sector, government officials and legal practitioners with an introduction and the the oil and gas industry in the Caribbean. This programme also teaches the regulatory framework that exists and the types of contracts used in this industry.
